I just wanted to tell you that Allyson and Jamie had a terrific summer, I guess you already knew that!
I also wanted you to know that I appreciate all that you do and have done. For example, last summer when they were both a little nervous, you made certain they were on the same bus. And again, last summer when you tried to work it out so Allyson could come back for the remaining part of the summer. Although it didn't work out, you tried! Which is all I could have asked for. This year when I called you to find out what was going on with Jamie's counselor and you had a conversation with Jamie so that I could hear what was being said. You were not afraid to talk to her while I listened. That shows that you have nothing to hide, which I really respect. Jamie was not afraid to talk to you. That too says a lot!
When I was young, I went to sleepaway camp too. I didn't have a great time. Because of my experience I never encouraged my girls to go. However, I don't think my experience can compare to the experience they have had at Camp Tioga.
So, from the bottom of my heart I want to THANK YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF on behalf of my girls for making the last two summers, two great summers...and for giving them the opportunity to make new friends and create memories that will last a lifetime.
We can't wait for next year!!!
Thank you so much!!!
